Q: Who can I call if I need to speak with someone?

Q: Does the registration fee cover the cost of the hotel?
A: Sorry, please call the Rio Hotel & Casino at 888-746-6955 to book your room. Use code “dance retailers” to receive our special event rate of $195 per night for single/double occupancy.

Q: Can I pay at the door?
A: We suggest that you register in advance so we can be sure to have a syllabus, goody bag and name badge ready for you—even if it's within one week of the conference. If not, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: We understand that things come up unexpectedly. Our policy is to hold your registration credit toward the following year. It will expire after that time.

Q: Can I get a receipt for reimbursement purposes?
A: Yes, just call 646-459-4826 or e-mail drnexpo@dancemedia.com with your information, including where you would like the receipt mailed/faxed to.

Q: Is there a one-day rate?
A: No, full registration is sold as a package for all three days. However, you can register for a free Exhibit Hall Pass which grants you entry to the Exhibit Hall at anytime during the Expo. We also offer a Special Event Pass ($50), which includes access to the Exhibit Hall, the Fashion Show and Cocktail Party.
